David Box is a seasoned healthcare technology executive with more than 20 years of global experience driving enterprise modernization, digital product development, and large-scale transformation across the healthcare ecosystem, including payers, providers, life sciences, MedTech, and healthtech organizations. His work centers on building and scaling regulated platforms that connect stakeholders across the continuum of care to improve business performance, user experience, and health outcomes.

Throughout his career, David has partnered with payer organizations, provider-focused health systems and healthtech companies, pharmaceutical firms, and MedTech innovators to design and deliver solutions spanning patient engagement, platform modernization, and data-driven innovation. He has led complex transformation initiatives across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, helping organizations navigate regulatory complexity while enabling collaboration across payer, provider, and life sciences environments.

David’s leadership experience includes Macadamian, where he headed U.S. go-to-market strategy for digital health services supporting the MedTech and healthtech ecosystem, and Star Global, where he founded and scaled the Healthcare practice delivering global digital innovation programs across Europe, Asia, and North America.

Currently at Emids, David serves as SVP, Managing Partner, Strategic Accounts, where he leads strategic relationships across payer, provider, life sciences, and MedTech companies, focusing on leveraging AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes.
